The breakfast was also superb. a buffet full of everything you’d expect with constant
refills. They had a wonderful variety of fresh fruits and pastries. However, the location, while decent, was a little further from the main attractions than I had anticipated, making travel times a bit longer than hoped.

The breakfast was exquisite, featuring both French and Japanese dishes, including exceptional homemade pizza. Staff were friendly and fluent in English, adding a touch of warmth to the stay. The location is convenient, being close to the train station, though it did require a short walk to reach it. Unfortunately, finding dining options nearby can be a bit challenging in the evening, and the walk might feel a bit far for those with heavy luggage.

I was delighted by the spacious lobby adorned with chic European furniture, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting with luggage and providing information about nearby attractions, which made navigating the city a breeze.
More assistance with luggage handling would be appreciated.

Kobe's dining scene had me drooling! The buffet breakfast was legit, and don’t miss out on Restaurant Patrie for a culinary gem right around the corner. The staff here really elevate the experience—so attentive and friendly! Plus, the location is super convenient with plenty of shops nearby.

The breakfast spread stands out with a mix of French and Japanese cuisine, receiving high praise for its quality. The excellent location allows for smooth access to Shin-Kobe station and nearby attractions like Chinatown, making it a great base for exploration.
The air conditioning system lacks individual controls, leading to uncomfortable heat in the room. My room felt a bit outdated with a softer mattress that wasn’t ideal for support. The lighting was noticeably dim. Additionally, I lost a sweater during housekeeping, which I suspect was taken accidentally with the linens, creating a hassle that could’ve been avoided.

The spacious room offered a comfortable stay, and the delicious breakfast spread truly stood out. However, there was some difficulty with the WiFi, which dropped frequently, affecting my ability to stay connected. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with some room for improvement.

The room was spacious and cozy, which was a great surprise! Everything was clean, and it had all the amenities you’d expect from a solid hotel. I loved that I could leave a sign for cleaning if I wanted to skip it. A nice touch! Really comfy stay overall.

Great stay with a tasty breakfast!
Had a solid 2-night stay here! The place was clean, comfy, and close to the station. Breakfast was a standout—way more than expected with an awesome gourmet buffet! Only downside was that the vibe felt a bit dated, but still nice overall.
